1)   By entering the competition the entrant gives ‘The Paper House Group plc’ the exclusive right within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and throughout the world to reproduce the entered caption by any means.

2)   Should ‘The Paper House Group plc’ choose to use the entered caption in the printing of Greeting Cards, Giftwrap and all allied stationery and gift products, ‘The Paper House Group plc’ will pay the entrant consideration of £75 and supply one dozen free samples to the entrant upon production of the cards.

3)   The entrant warrants that he/she is the owner of the copyright of the caption entered and that he has not granted any interest in the copyright by license or otherwise to any person or firm to reproduce the same by any means in the geographical location stated and that no copies of the said work have been issued to the public with his consent or acquiescence for the purpose of the production of Greeting Cards, Giftwrap and all allied stationery and gift products and undertakes not to grant any such licence.

4)   The entrant warrants that the caption entered is an original piece of copy and is in no way a copy of any other and does not infringe or violate any other copyright material.

5)   Winners will be notified by e-mail.
